REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy for Coaching Services:

All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for coaching services once the service agreement has been signed.

Refund  Policy for The Breakthrough Weekend:
  • 30 days before the event – No refund can be processed
  • 45 days before the event – 50% refund can be processed
  • 60 days before the event – 100% refund can be processed
Once the refund has been processed, it can take 7-14 days for the refund to be credited into your account. Under exceptional circumstances we can carry forward your participation fee to the next edition of the Breakthrough Weekend. Your participation can only be rolled over for one edition after which it will expire. Contact our customer support at [email protected] for any questions or clarifications.

Cancellation Policy:

Coaching services/products can be canceled by contacting our customer support at [email protected].

Cancellations must be requested within 14 days of the service/product being sold.

Cancellation Process:

  • Provide your order details and reason for cancellation.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the cancellation process if eligible.

Changes to the Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify our Refund & Cancellation Policy anytime. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
